Marc K. Weinstein’s practice focuses on post-grant proceedings, litigation and IP counseling. Mr. Weinstein has handled all aspects of post-issuance patent proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) including inter partes reviews, inter partes reexaminations, and ex parte reexaminations. He has represented a variety of clients in a number of technological areas including GPS and navigation, glass composition, mobile communication, imaging and displays, and computer software.
