Dazzo says the purpose of the alliance with the art gallery is mutually beneficial. For a nominal rental fee, Designed to Appeal is provided access to original artwork that can be used when staging both owner-occupied and vacant apartments and homes. In turn, Porter Contemporary gets to broaden the exposure of the artists they are representing with the hope that someone seeing the artwork will want to buy the piece.

Porter Contemporary assists the stager in choosing the right piece of artwork based upon the stager's description of the style of the apartment, the size of the room, and the color scheme.

A minimum of three pieces of art are rented for a minimum of three months. The gallery can also provide delivery and installation services to the stager.
