La Rinascente, flagship of the chain of stores acquired by Thailand's Central Group in 2011, has a 150-year-old pedigree of its own; its 7th floor food market and terrace is renowned as a gourmet paradise, offering show-stopping views of the soaring spires of the Duomo.
