Manborui Awarded Pct Patent For Deploying Shape Memory Polymer In Security Labels And Brand Protection Applications
PCT Patent strengthens intellectual property position of innovative security labels company.

The PCT Patent No. PCT/CN2010/080101, was granted April 5, 2012 for a "METHOD FOR PRODUCING SHAPE MEMORY ANTI-COUNTERFEITING IDENTIFIER"
Shape memory polymers are advanced materials that can "remember" more than one shape and transition easily between those shapes with minimal force and without loss of mechanical integrity. SMP label film manufactured from shape memory polymer have already been cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration for food grade use.
