Managing Director & Country Head of automotive giant- Polaris India, Mr Pankaj Dubey was chosen for convening of this program. Sharing his 20 years life at top positions in Yamaha, Intex and Polaris, Mr Dubey shared his experiences gained, challenges faced and successes met thereupon. Putting forward advices and suggestions in simple key-liners and interesting tones, he also quoted scenes, characters and sayings from famous bollywood film 'Lagaan'. Stressing on the doings of the central character "Bhuvan", he illustrated that to be a winner in even impossible situations a person should always be ready to accept challenges, avail opportunities as they come, identify the qualities of team members for motivation, and not to lose trust in the team for betterment and winning as a whole.

Addressing LPU staff-members, University of Minnesota (the USA) graduate, Mr Dubey expressed in humility: "What I can say or guide you: Your university is one of the best examples before you all to follow, learn and write a successful saga of your own. Your destiny comes your ways from your thoughts- you become what you think so always think on positive lines." Explaining this he quoted the examples of American President Abraham Lincoln, Indian business- magnate Dhirubhai Ambani, PM Narendra Modi, TV Channel head Rajat Sharma all of whom started from nil to reach on top positions in their areas by focusing only positively. He further said: "Keep practicing everyday on your thoughts through proper actions for bright results. For all of us present and future are more important than past. Never give up." Illustrating, he took examples of renowned Romanian gymnast Nadia Comăneci-the first female gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10 in an Olympic gymnastics event; Indian cricketer Kapil Dev-In whose captaincy India won the cricket world cup for the first time; American athlete Carl Lewis- the first athlete to win four gold medals in Olympic competition; and many more.
