Malaysian Consulate Celebrates 56th Malaysia National Day and recommencement of the DXB-KL-DXB Route
The Consulate General of Malaysia in Dubai, Tourism Malaysia and Malaysia Airlines celebrated the 56th Malaysia International Day in Dubai recently.
- (1888PressRelease) November 12, 2013 - Dubai, UAE - Hari Merdeka (Independence Day) is a national day of Malaysia commemorating the independence of the Federation of Malaya. The evening was also to mark the successful re-launch of the Dubai - Kuala Lumpur route.
A two-class configured Boeing 777-200 aircraft will be operated on this route and it will offer a total capacity of 282 seats in each flight, equivalent to 3,948 seats weekly. The flights are operated daily between Dubai - Kuala Lumpur with an initial frequency of one flight per day. The previous departure time of 4:00 am from Dubai has been revised to 8.15 pm, arriving at 7.30 am in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time. Malaysia Airlines offers direct non-stop service to Malaysia with connectivity to the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand from Dubai.
