The product was embarked for digital forensics where it promised to simplify email investigation and reporting criteria for litigation.

    With the latest update, the product is reportedly capable of giving a preview of direct and indirect communication between multiple users and domains. The option generates a network chart that helps to discover the emails exchanged between specified users and determine the list of mutual users. This is User Level Link Analysis which can also be performed at Domain Level by providing details for a domain. This ensures analysis at both desktop and cloud based mail accounts.

    Another major improvement in the email analysis tool is Case Reporting that gives details about bookmarked mails, senders, receivers, tagged mails, senders/receivers domain wise etc. The feature contributes to standard reporting procedure to the litigation by exporting the details in CSV, HTML, and PDF file format.
