Mahindra World City, New Chennai wins the 'Integrated Township of the Year Award' at the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2011 in Bangalore.

The award was conferred at the Realty Plus Excellence Awards 2011 held in Bangalore on 3rd February, 2011.
The 'Integrated Township of the Year' Award is conferred on the township which has created a self sufficient and sustainable development to become a city in itself by establishing provisions for physical & social infrastructure, and adopting environmental initiatives. The Realty Plus Excellence Awards is an industry platform that recognises individuals, organisations and project that have created and delivered new benchmarks for excellence in the Indian Real Estate industry. The jury comprised eminent industry experts and leaders.
