Mahindra Lifespaces launches 'Angelica', a 24 storeyed building in Mumbai. It is the final phase of its project Eminente.

Located on S.V Road in Goregaon (West), Angelica has received an overwhelming response. Angelica follows green building standards and will be the fourth wing in the Eminente complex. Angelica will be a 24 storeyed building with a total of 68 flats, with 3 flats per floor. Each floor will have two 3 BHK apartments with an area of 2050 sq feet and a 3 ½ BHK with an area of 2316 square feet. The project is slated for handover in 2013.
