Monmouth-Ocean, NJ (1888PressRelease) July 20, 2011 - Madison Commercial Real Estate Services (MCRES), an organization with multiple companies offering specialty services to the real estate industry nationwide, announced the hiring of Lainie Goldberg as Director of Education for Madison Learning Center (MLC), its educational arm, based in Lakewood, NJ.

"Ms. Goldberg's experience and skills will allow MLC to further expand its professional continuing education programs," said Joseph I. Rosenbaum, President of MCRES, in making the announcement. "She has a very strong track record of developing and marketing high-quality executive seminars and courses. She also has direct real estate experience as a real estate closer. Her appointment reflects our commitment to extending MCRES' position as a trusted advisor and thought-leader in the commercial real estate industry."

Prior to joining MCRES, Ms. Goldberg was the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Building Blocks Consulting, a Jackson, N.J. company dedicated to educating and coaching sales and business leaders for professional growth and success. She previously worked as an independent title closer associated with Junction Abstract of Brooklyn, NY.

Earlier in her career, she was a Training Manager for Northern Light Technology in Cambridge, Mass., where she designed and delivered training programs for clients, including planning and directing course development, content and assessment. She also was a Senior Training Manager for Bose Corp. of Framingham, Mass., where she created and conducted training programs for call center representatives to increase sales and customer service satisfaction. Ms. Goldberg has a bachelor's degree in Education from Syracuse University and a master's degree in Professional Communications from Clark University.

Madison Learning Center is the educational arm for MCRES, offering seminars and webinars for property owners and their professional advisors. MLC offers 1, 2 and 3-hour courses on a host of topics approved for CPE and CLE credit with national and state accrediting agencies. Courses are focused on increasing cash flow, minimizing expenses, validating CAM pass-throughs, deferring tax liability, validating financials, abstracting leases, and reducing legal and financial liability in the acquisition, disposition and management of real estate. All MLC instructors are authorities in their field of expertise, and most are attorneys and/or CPAs.
