Madhukar Wakchaure of AVCOE awarded with Ph.D
Professor Madhukar Wakchaure of Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Ahmednagar, has been awarded with a Ph.D by Savitribai Phule Pune University on 11th July 2016.
- (1888PressRelease) August 12, 2016 - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra - Professor Madhukar Wakchaure of Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Ahmednagar, has been awarded with a Ph.D by Savitribai Phule Pune University on 11th July 2016. He presented his work on "Investigation of engineering properties of bamboo and development of analysis and design procedure for bamboo reinforced concrete." The Ph.D viva voce was and presentation was help at the Department of Science and Technology of Pune University. Dr. S. V. Devdhar from Madhya Pradesh was the chief examiner who reviewed the research work. Prof. Madhukar Wakchaure was guided by Prof. Dr. Sunil Kute from K. K. Wagh college of Nashik.
This research work has got "Best Research Paper Award" at NIT Jalandhar and also "Best Structure Award" from Architect Engineers and Surveyors Association. Prof. Wakchaure's work has been recognised as a great breakthrough in the construction field by many eminent scientists.
