The patented Rota-Rack safely collects finished parts as they come off a CNC lathe. It gets its name from a unique automated rotary spiral that safely directs parts to the center of the turntable. A low-friction UHMW material covering all contact surfaces provides superior parts protection. The Rota-Rack is also ideal for protecting the straight edges of milled parts, which is often a problem with other collection methods. Part size capacity is up to three inches in diameter and ten inch long.

No machine interface is required - instead, the Rota-Rack unit plugs directly into an 110V outlet, then the operator sets parameters such as part cycle time, degree of turntable rotation, and shutdown counter with a simple touch-screen PLC.
