MAC Renovations builds new home in Saanich
Long-time Victoria business chooses central location to improve service to Victoria.
- (1888PressRelease) December 05, 2018 - Victoria, BC – MAC Renovations Ltd., Victoria’s leading home renovation company, has designed and constructed a new home in Saanich. The Ranch, located at 5285 West Saanich Road, houses MAC Renovation’s new Design-Build office, where customers can see and feel the materials that will be used to enhance their living space.
“The new location gives us a central location to bring our projects together,” explained Blaise McDonald, Owner and Operations Manager for MAC Renovations. “Our designers, project managers, and production team are all in one place, bringing everyone together to maximize efficiency for our clients.”
The new location was previously home to a succession of restaurants, and while the initial plan was to renovate the existing building, the project evolved into a full rebuild. “We couldn’t have completed this renovation as well or as quickly without our extensive relationships with our trade partners,” said McDonald. “A big thank you to VinylTek for supporting us with a window package and James Hardie for helping us with the siding package. We would also like to thank our many subcontractors who always made themselves available for this project during an especially busy time. There’s no way we could have done this in a city that we don’t regularly do business in – everyone knows us here due to decades of working together on great projects.”
“Now that we’ve finished the renovation,” McDonald said, “we can focus on improving our processes and procedures, oiling the machine to deliver better customer service and a better building experience for homeowners in Greater Victoria.”
