m3fx Architectural visualisation specialists praised by London Architects
M3fx a leading UK architectural visualisation company have been delighted by the positive feedback received this month from a wide range of clients, for their verified view services.
- (1888PressRelease) June 14, 2011 - Verified views are a complex set of photo-realistic images provided to support a planning application, with a written guarantee of their authenticity. They are also known as VVM (Visually Verified Montage) or AVR (Accurate Visual Representation.)
In June 2011 m3fx carried out a series of verified views to support a planning application for a new build housing scheme in East London on behalf of the Secretary of State. They were chosen by Trehearne Architects for the speed with which they were able to price and complete the project to a high standard and are delighted that they have received very positive feedback on the quality of the images and the service provided.
Heritage Architecture have instructed m3fx to undertake a series of verified views for the refurbishment of a period property in Holland Park. The accuracy and intricate detail of the photo realistic images was a key deciding factor for this project which is based in a sensitive conservation are within one of the most exclusive areas of London. The images were completed using high specification architectural rendering and complex photography and surveying techniques.
M3fx have also recently completed an AVR study for Bennetts Associates which comprises of a mixed residential and commercial development in Hammersmith West London. The architectural visualisation supported a detailed planning application and demonstrated that the proposed development would have no detrimental impact on the surrounding area.
