Both the LynxSecure virtualization technology, designed to meet the highest levels of security certification, and the LynxOS-178 safety critical real-time operating system (RTOS), certified to DO-178B level A, will be demonstrated live on real-world systems in the LynuxWorks booth.

The technology being showcased includes the award winning LynxSecure Separation Kernel and Embedded Hypervisor offering ultimate security without compromising functionality:

* Wave Systems self-encrypting drives in a secure virtual environment running on a standard laptop
* Themis' CoolShell rugged blade server securely running multiple guest operating systems (OSes)
* High Assurance Cross Domain Data Guard application, ported from a single dedicated hardware chipset to a high performance multi-core system running LynxSecure.

Also being demonstrated live at the show is the LynxOS-178 safety-critical commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) RTOS for hard real-time performance and certification to DO-178B with full Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX) compliance:
