Lynne Anne Anderson is a practiced jury and bench trial lawyer who handles a wide range of employment litigation, including class actions. Her litigation background gives her the insights necessary to provide strategic counseling to clients, including with regards to implementing fair pay audits as well as updating policies and protocols to be compliant with emerging pay equity laws. Lynne serves as Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Group's Gender and Pay Equity Team and regularly speaks and writes on pay equity compliance.
