San Francisco, CA (1888PressRelease) June 27, 2013 - LUV Footwear is happy to announce the winners of its 2013 Open Call Design Contest. Shelsea Brown from Hawaii, Sophie Messager from the United Kingdom, Tiffany Patterson from Washington, and Jennifer Werkhoven from North Carolina produced the winning designs of LUV Dream Flats.

The LUV Open Call is an annual platform for showcasing artists' work and encouraging community involvement in the LUV brand. Winners earn the opportunity to work first-hand with the LUV product development team, and their Dream Flat designs are commercialized for sale in stores worldwide. In addition, winners are spotlighted on the LUV website, social media, and packaging materials.

Professional and amateur artists from across the US, UK, and Australia submitted original artwork for the 2013 contest, which ran from February 14th through June 7th. Ten finalists were chosen by the LUV Brand Ambassadors, volunteers who represent LUV in their community. Out of the finalist group, the winners were then selected by the LUV product development team.
