Together with lululemon athletica in Calgary, Lagree YYC is hosting complimentary lululemon Community Classes at Lagree YYC.
(1888PressRelease) July 22, 2015 - Lagree YYC is hosting lululemon Community Classes at Lagree YYC every Friday until Labour Day. Participants will be registered on a first-come first-served basis beginning on the Wednesday prior to each community class at www.lagreeyyc.com.
A certified fitness instructor and proponent of healthy, active living, Lagree YYC President Kim Rothenberg - herself a former lululemon ambassador - says she is very pleased to offer Calgarians the opportunity to experience the Lagree Method at no charge.
"We share lululemon's commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle, and we are delighted to join them in giving back to the community through complimentary Lagree YYC workouts."
The "FRIYAY" complimentary classes at Lagree YYC take place from 2:00 - 2:45pm each Friday through Labour Day and are led by veteran fitness and Lagree instructor Natascha Jurcic who was first introduced to the Lagree Method several years ago in Los Angeles, the home-base of Lagree founder and fitness guru Sebastien Lagree.
Launched in February, 2015, Lagree YYC is the first to introduce Calgarians to a low impact, high intensity workout that makes exercise more efficient and effective because of the innovative Megaformer.
A moving platform manipulated through a system of springs, straps and pulleys, the Megaformer employs body weight to provide resistance.
Individuals and groups are guided by certified and knowledgeable trainers through a 45 minute Pilates-inspired routine that engages all muscle groups for a workout that, while intense, is easy on the joints.
Lagree YYC clients save time by combining cardio, fat burning, and strength training in one workout.
Local Lagree enthusiasts now have the added convenience to purchase selected lululemon styles co-branded by Lagree YYC and available only at the Lagree YYC studio on Elbow Drive at 50th Street SW in Calgary.
