Lotte Hotel Wins 2 Awards from TripAdvisor's 2015 Travellers' Choice

TripAdvisor's 2015 Travellers' Choice awarded Lotte Hotel Seoul the Best Hotel in South Korea and Lotte Hotel Moscow the Best Hotel in Russia.
TripAdvisor, the world's largest travel site, announced the winners of its Travellers' Choice awards for the 13th year. Winners were determined based on millions of reviews and opinions collected in a single year from TripAdvisor travelers worldwide. Winners are name in eight categories including top hotels, luxury and romance.
Travelers around the world have recognized Lotte Hotel Seoul, located in Sogong-dong, as the Best Hotel in South Korea and Lotte Hotel Moscow, which opened in Moscow in 2010, as the Best Hotel in Russia. Lotte Hotel Moscow was also voted the 9th Best Hotel in Europe, proving once again that it is truly the best hotel in Russia.
Lotte Hotel is pursuing a vision to become one of the top 3 Asian hotel brands by 2018 with priority on strengthening its service capabilities and exceeding the guests' satisfaction in every aspect. The awards indicate that its efforts are being recognized by the hotel staying guests. The hotel plans to establish a service academy in the first half of 2015 and develop diverse training contents in the aims of providing its own standard of services among the hotel chains as well as foreign hotels.
In addition, Lotte Hotel World (5th) and Lotte City Hotel Mapo (14th) have also been named on the Best Hotels in South Korea list. It has been a great honor for Lotte Hotel to have five of its hotel chains named as the best in South Korea at TripAdvisor's 2015 Travellers' Choice.
Lotte Hotel CEO Song Yong-deok expressed his joy in winning the two Best Hotel awards as the travelers who actually stay in hotels gave their votes in the survey. He added that Lotte Hotel will continue its efforts to strengthen its competitiveness in the global market based on the recognition of its hotel brand.
