Lost In Gravity Rocks It Out with EP Release "Your Song to Sing"
Orange County band Lost In Gravity releases five-song EP titled 'Your Song to Sing'
- (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2012 - When you have a music cocktail of heartwarming piano, sharp guitars, straight-to-the chest drumming, and honest lyricism, you get a shot of Lost In Gravity.
The Orange County, California alternative rock band Lost In Gravity was the brainchild of frontman Frankie Infante. Originally a drummer, Infante worked as a member in a variety of bands. But even with the experiences he gained from it, the bands disbanded. This prompted Infante to write his own songs. Soon enough, Infante was recording a demo of his own original tracks, recorded in his very own room while playing the instruments and doing the production himself. This tenacity proved to be the beginning of Lost In Gravity and after changing members, the band's roster was solidified with the additions of Noah Eichler, Christian Alvarez, and Richard White. As a collective, they are influenced by Fall Out Boy, Blink 182, Circa Survive, The Devil Wears Prada, At the Drive-In, Radiohead, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Cure, and so much more. Lost In Gravity mixes and matches pop, indie, and old-school rock 'n' roll, and make it their very own.
These days Lost In Gravity are proud owners of a five-song EP titled 'Your Song to Sing'. In it, you will hear tracks that speak of dealing with failed attempts at love, going after your dreams, battling your faith, while always maintaining a lightheartedness and catchy sensibility. The songs come from an emotional place, sometimes dark, sometimes hopeful, but always engaging.
Lost In Gravity have also performed at The Key Club in Hollywood and Chain Reaction in Anaheim, and expect more venues to come. Don't expect them to slow down any time soon.
You may get lost in the sounds of Lost In Gravity by downloading their EP at iTunes, distributed by JMD Records and INgrooves, a partner of Universal Music Group.
