Receiving such awards is significant to The Ballen Group as they had just made a big move from a Coldwell Banker franchise to the Keller Williams Family. The Platinum Producer Award is given to producers earning over $500,000 in a 12-month period in Gross Closed Income. The Ballen Group also celebrated finishing in the top 1% of the Las Vegas Real Estate Market in production as well as the top 10% of All Real Estate Teams within Keller Williams closing more than 120 transactional sides not including referral only transactions.
