The report is expected to have far-reaching consequences for insurers, lawyers and health and safety professionals, who will be given the opportunity to debate the report's findings with Lord Young and other industry experts at the event.
Gerard Forlin QC and David Smith, managing director of Zurich Insurance, UK Broker Division will also speak at the event, followed by an open debate. Event organisers Cardinus Risk Management, in conjunction with International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), believe this debate presents an opportunity for greater understanding and relationship building between stakeholders.
