- (1888PressRelease) September 19, 2012 - Calgary, Alberta - Simon Clarke, New Vehicle Sales Manager for Lone Star Mercedes-Benz announced today that the dealership is looking to fill two Delivery Specialist positions.
"We consider the Delivery Specialist positions to be vital roles on our team," said Simon Clarke, New Vehicle Sales Manager, Lone Star Mercedes-Benz. "These people will be fully responsible for organizing and coordinating the logistics of preparing, inspecting and presenting approximately 150 vehicles per month to their new owners."
The Delivery Specialists will be fully conversant in all of the operational aspects of the new and late model Mercedes-Benz vehicles so they can assist the new owners in getting to know and operate their new vehicles. They will be assisted by the Lone Star Mercedes-Benz Detail Department to make sure the new vehicles are perfect for their new owners.
"We will count on these individuals to help us pursue our mission of making sure that our customers feel 100% satisfied upon the pick-up of their new Mercedes-Benz vehicles," Clarke continued. "Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and to a large extent will be based upon the level of documented satisfaction our customers feel upon picking up their new Mercedes-Benz vehicles."
