The most talked about and biggest party this year took place at Exchange LA and was sponsored by an urban fashion jeweler Lola Fashion Accessories, a main sponsor. Attendees at the event included superstars from the NBA, hip hop celebrities and pop stars. This event wast hosted by NBA superstar, Carmelo Anthony and many special celebrity guests filled the venue and hung out casually among the crowd of people.

P.Diddy was a performer at the upscale venue and the crowd embraced him. At one moment while on stage performing Diddy was seen throwing hundred dollar bills into the crowd. The crowd erupted in excitment and loved it, plus nobody got hurt. Chris Brown, Jadakiss, Sway and many more hip hop/pop star celebrities attended the party mingling with guests. Apparently Chris brown liked P.Diddy's performance very much as he was seen bouncing around having a good time while Diddy was doing his thing.

From all the concerts, parties, shows and everything in between the All-Star weekend provided many unforgettable memories for all who attended along with an economic boom for the city itself. This year was the third time that Houston actually had the privilege of hosting the NBA All-Star Game, with the previous hosting taking place in 1989 and 2006.

This past NBA 2013 All-Star Game taking place place from Feb. 14 to Feb. 17 was considered the biggest success for the city of Houston as well. The All-Star weekend brought in close to 500,000 people from all over the world. This in turn ramped up business for the local hotels, clubs, party venues, restaurants and other local businesses. The party was dubbed the nickname "Grand Finale", as P.Diddy's party was considered the "biggest" party of the whole weekend. Ticket prices for this party ranged from $100 on up to a whopping $20,000 for a "Playa's Suite," private "plush" room with it's own bar and bathroom. Those who purchased the "Playa's Suite" tickets got to invite 30 of their closest friends to share the 10 bottles of Moet Rose and five bottles of Ciroc vodka. The party was a completely sold out event. Next year it is reported NBA All-star weekend will be in New Orleans, Louisana.
