Local Teacher Store Teams up With Mittens for Detroit to Provide Warm Winter Wear
Learning Gizmos is offering a 50% off one item coupon for customers who bring in a new pair of mittens.
- Detroit, MI (1888PressRelease) December 21, 2013 - Learning Gizmos is teaming up with local community organization Mittens for Detroit to help them meet their goal of providing 17,000 pairs of mittens and gloves to people in need before 2014.
Today through 12/23/13, any customer who brings a new pair of mittens or gloves to Learning Gizmos will receive a 50% off coupon good for any single regularly-priced item in the store. While Learning Gizmos is happy to accept items for people of any age, the greatest need is for lined mittens and gloves for adult men.
All of the donations Learning Gizmos collects will be delivered to Mittens for Detroit as the donation box is filled between today and February 28, 2013. Mittens for Detroit will then distribute them to individuals throughout the city of Detroit.
