Senior Asset Manager of Community Realty Management, Bernardo Coles, has earned the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGERŪ (CPMŪ) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREMŪ).
- Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) June 18, 2014 - Bernardo Coles, Senior Asset Manager for Community Realty Management (CRM), has earned the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGERŪ (CPMŪ) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREMŪ), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORSŪ. The CPM designation is awarded to property management professionals who have met the Institute's rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. CPM Members must also abide by a rigorous Code of Professional Ethics that is strictly enforced by the Institute.
Mr. Coles has more than 17 years of property management experience, and has been with Community Realty Management since 2011. He has obtained over $11 million in financing for Section 202 properties, and has coordinated over $1 million in capital improvements. He also has extensive experience in budget preparation, HAP Contract Renewal and financial statement analysis. Prior to entering the property management profession, Mr. Coles performed audits for affordable housing properties. Mr. Coles holds a Pennsylvania real estate license and has a degree in Accounting from Temple University.
