(Littler), the world's largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has relocated his practice from San Francisco to the firm's growing Washington, D.C. office. Marca, who advises and represents employers in numerous aspects of labor and employment law, will continue to handle his California clients while building his practice on the East Coast.

He has represented employers in both state and federal courts in lawsuits involving disability, age and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, the Family Medical Leave Act and wrongful termination. Additionally, Marca regularly counsels employers in many aspects of the employment relationship, helping companies minimize exposure and avoid litigation.

    A sought after expert, Marca has published extensively on a wide range of labor and employment issues. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.

    Marca received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1995 and earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1992.
