Littler Recognized as a Best Law Firm for Women
Littler Mendelson recognized as a best law firm for women by the National Association of Female Executives and Flex-Time Lawyers LLC.

(Littler), the nation's largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has been recognized as a leading law firm for women by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), a division of Working Mother Media, and Flex-Time Lawyers LLC®, marking the third year that Littler has been bestowed with this honor.

The 2011 Best Law Firms for Women application was developed in a partnership between Working Mother Media and Flex-Time Lawyers LLC. Firms with at least 50 lawyers were eligible to apply and the application included detailed questions about the issues that are most important to the retention and promotion of female lawyers. The 50 winning firms were selected based on responses to an application measuring areas such as workforce profile, family-friendly benefits and policies, flexibility, leadership, compensation, advancement and retention of women.

Littler has created numerous initiatives geared towards the firm's female attorneys, including its Women's Leadership Initiative, which supports and educates women on ways to enhance and increase leadership opportunities while maintaining a balance between career and home life. The firm also offers remote working opportunities and flex-time options. More recently, the firm introduced its FlexTime Attorney program designed to promote work-life balance and create alternate career paths for Littler attorneys.
