Littler Names Eric Bellafronto Head of Silicon Valley Office
Littler Mendelson, P.C. has named Eric Bellafronto office managing shareholder of the firm's Silicon Valley office

(Littler), the nation's largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has named Eric Bellafronto office managing shareholder (OMS) of its Silicon Valley office. Bellafronto succeeds Dennis Brown, who served in the OMS capacity for ten years and has been instrumental in the success of the office.

A practicing attorney for over 20 years, Bellafronto represents a wide range of employers in a dual role as litigator and counselor. He works with employers to avoid litigation through counseling and the implementation of effective policies and procedures. When litigation arises, he regularly handles cases in California trial courts and administrative tribunals involving wage and hour matters, workplace safety and health, discrimination and harassment, business restructuring and unfair competition and trade secret law.
A sought-after speaker, Bellafronto regularly provides manager skills training for clients as well as anti-harassment training. Bellafronto has taught classes on a variety of labor and employment subjects at the University of California, Santa Cruz extension.
In addition to his active practice, Bellafronto performs pro bono work for the Catholic Foundation of Santa Clara County and spearheads the San Jose office's annual holiday charity drive for the Bill Wilson Center, supporting abused, neglected and foster children. Bellafronto earned his J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992 and received his B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1989.
