LiquidCover Becomes LiquidCapital
The Name May Have Changed, but the Service is Still Tops.
- (1888PressRelease) February 21, 2012 - You may have noticed some changes on the LiquidCover website recently. LiquidCover was previously the name under which a division of LiquidCapital Group traded that sold products offering comprehensive cover for cars.
LiquidCapital Group is a business to business financial services and call-centre solutions provider. However, at the start of January, it was decided that the LiquidCover name would fall away and the comprehensive car cover division would be branded under the LiquidCapital Group.
In case you were worried that LiquidCover's affordable car care products will suffer some changes due to the re-brand, fear not. The products will stay the same. The only thing that has changed is the name, and thus the website.
The new LiquidCapital website
The entire website has been cleaned up, tweaked and changed for the better. The site has many new features to help your online experience of LiquidCapital become even an even better one.
The enquiry forms are still the same, except with more communication from LiquidCapital's side. You can also log a compliment or complaint with our new Escalated Complaints Process feature. This process allows visitors to the site to send feedback to LiquidCapital, whether positive or negative. A company's strength lays in the awareness of its weaknesses, and with this tool, liquidCapital hopes to solve more of their client's problems with better efficiency, and also learn from these problems to ensure that they do not recur. With cases of negative feedback, visitors can submit important details to assist in solving their problems more quickly. Policy number, details of the problem, even document submission is part of the complaint.
Visitors to the site can also subscribe to the Liquidcapital newsletter. This contains news about LiquidCapital, car-care products and more. You can even select the type of product you would like to receive news and information about. There is also an easy unsubscribe feature so that recipients who wish to be removed from the list can do so immediately, without having to go through a lengthy and often flawed process.
"We're very happy with the re-branding of LiquidCover to LiquidCapital and the changes to the website because they help our existing and potential clients have a better experience of LiquidCapital as a service provider" says Francois Roestorff, the Marketing Manager of LiquidCapital.
"Now there will be less confusion about our car-care products and who provides them, and better peace of mind, knowing that they are run by a major financial institution, even though they always have been. The website has some new interactive features which will help us be a better service provider and keep our clients and potential clients happy. The site is also more informative, offering visitors more information with which to make more informed choices."
