This year's conference presents a great opportunity for men to participate in an event which is devoted to the sharing of Culture, Empowerment, Education & Networking.
Among the prominent keynote speakers are Prof. Norm Sheehan, a Wiradjuri man born in Mudgee NSW and Director of Gnibi College of Indigenous Australian Peoples Southern Cross University; Craig Rigney, a Ngarrindjeri man born in Gawler country SA and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Kornar Winmil Yunti, an Aboriginal male health service which provides for a culturally safe environment for Aboriginal men; Chris 'Bandirra' Lee, a recognised Traditional Owner for the Larrakia peoples of Darwin in the Northern Territory and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Coordinator of Australian Digital Futures Institute at the University of Southern Queensland to engage with incarcerated Indigenous students through the Making the Connection project; Jack Bulman, a Muthi Muthi man from South Western NSW, CEO and Board Member of Mibbinbah - a Health Promotion Charity for Indigenous Males that focuses on building safe spaces for Aboriginal males; Greg Millan, author of "Men's health & wellbeing: an a - z guide" and President of the Men's Health Forum NSW Inc and Vice President of the Australian Men's Health Forum Inc., the national peak body for improving male health; Kieran Chilcott, Executive Officer Kalwun Development Corporation Ltd; Brendan Murray, Youth Worker Tasmanian Aboriginal Centre & Raymond Fordimail, Jawoyn Country Tour Guide Nitmiluk Tours amongst other high calibre speakers.
