Lighthouse Catholic Media, a not-for-profit company headquartered outside of Chicago, IL, recently announced February, 2010 results and a presentation by Dr. Scott Hahn as the CD of the Month for March.
Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) March 22, 2010 - Lighthouse Catholic Media, a not-for-profit company achieved a milestone with sales growth of 30% over its February, 2009 distribution. Contributing to the growth is a new Side Entrance, wall-mount portable display that holds 16 CD titles. In the very first month of availability, over 500 units were sold by the ministry's account managers in the US, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and several other countries where the kiosk is displayed at military posts.
Lighthouse Catholic Media's CDs are distributed primarily in two ways: through their FAITHRAISER Kiosk Program displayed in over 3,000 parishes, Catholic schools and missions, and via their popular Lighthouse CD of the Month Club Program. The CD of the Month Club is a subscription-based service delivering faith-filled Catholic CDs to individuals at the amazingly low rate of $5/month including postage, with brand new titles being introduced monthly by inspiring speakers, both lay and clergy.
In March, 2010, the featured CD of the Month Club title is Seven Last Sayings of Christ by Dr. Scott Hahn, currently a professor at Franciscan University. Spoken as he suffered the agony of the cross, the seven last sayings of Christ recorded in the gospels have been the subject of prayer and inquiry by Christians for two thousand years. In this revealing presentation, Dr. Hahn unlocks for us the deeper significance of our Lord's final words, carefully chosen so that we might better understand the immense love of God for every person and His plan of salvation. Learn how Jesus' words are as profound and gripping today as when He uttered them on that first Good Friday.
Anne from Sterling, VA who previewed the new release said, "I believe this is one of Scott Hahn's finest talks. His deep insights and passionate explanations of our Savior's dying words will resonate in my heart forever."
Many people in these economically challenging times are looking for sources of truth and guidance, a sense of hope, courage and faith, and a means to grow spiritually in their daily lives.
