(1888PressRelease) October 31, 2010 - LifeStyles Furniture is pleased to announce it will again be a sponsor in the Holiday Hat Bash for 2010 hosted by CASI Seniors taking place Thursday, November 18th, 2010. 5:30 - 8:00 PM at CASI located at 1035 W. Kimberly Road in Davenport, IA 52806. The Holiday Hat Bash serves as an annual fundraiser to buy holiday gifts and food baskets for assisted seniors throughout the Quad Cities.

The Holiday Hat Bash requests attendees to wear home made or non-home made hats to the bash. Both serious and comical themes are encouraged. Attendees to the event can take part in outstanding appetizers, wine, beer, great music and raffle prizes. Magnificent furniture and seating will also be made available. Brand new for this year's bash will be a cigar bar and hat contest which will feature prizes. Kick off the holiday season and come join the "Party with a Purpose!"

At last year's 2009 Holiday Hat Bash, LifeStyles Furniture participated as a "Top Hat Sponsor" providing premium leather seating for the event with Kathy Ireland Home® by Omnia Leather furniture as well as Ekornes® Stressless® leather furniture. The store also donated a Stressless® recliner which was raffled off for the charity that evening.

This year the store will again be providing high-end seating for the Holiday Hat Bash in 2010 for all attendees in the way of premium Omnia®, Ekornes® and Stressless® modern home furnishings throughout the evening. LifeStyles Furniture will again also be providing a donation of furniture for raffle. This year's donation is an Elite Manufacturing bar set. This modern steel bar set features a twirl table bar base with glass top. Also included are four matching contemporary blaze bar stools each with matching white seating.

Organizers for the Holiday Hat Bash suggest online pre-registration which is strongly recommended by November 12th for the event as a RSVP, however walk-ins are also welcome. Attendees can register for the event at HolidayHatBash.com by clicking on RSVP and filling in their information. A hat worn by those attending is requested but optional. Admission is a tax-deductable donation at the door of $20 which goes to raising money for food baskets and holiday gifts for area seniors in the Quad Cities. Donation is collected at the door. The Holiday Hat Bash began in 2008 in response to an area need in the Quad Cities to provide holiday cheer for seniors living alone throughout Moline, IL., Rock Island, IL., Davenport, IA. & Bettendorf, IA. Organizers of the event along with area businesses and media came together in 2009 to hold a Holiday Hat Bash to raise money for food baskets and holiday gifts for these area seniors and now again in 2010.
