Licensing Contract for Coaching Education with Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology
Incoaching(CEO : Eui-sook Hong), a company which is specialized in coaching service, announced that they signed a contract for coaching education with Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology(MIGHT) on 10th of June.
- (1888PressRelease) June 11, 2013 - According to the licensing contract, Incoaching and MIGHT are planning to pass on the successful experience of human resources management by grafting the successful coaching leadership model of Korea to Malaysia.
MIGHT, which is an independent nonprofit organization of MOSTI (Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation) plays a role as a think tank for the development of advanced technology in private enterprise and government, plans the main education and carries it out.
As the first business coaching company in Korea, Incoaching exported the coaching contents which their own R&D center comprised of psychologists and scholars of business management developed, compared to most other leadership companies that imported the program from the other countries.
