Michael H. Karu, CPA/CFF, is a member of Levine, Jacobs & Company, LLC, a Livingston-based accounting and consulting firm. He is qualified by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, as an expert witness and as an authority on business valuations, specifically for closely held or family-owned businesses. Alexandra M. Kachala, Esq., is an associate at Ziegler and Zemsky, LLC, a matrimonial and family law firm located in Essex County. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Florida. Ms. Kachala is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and has served as the Early Settlement Panel Chair in Middlesex County, assisting with recommendations for divorce and post-judgment settlements.
