Levin Named Exclusive Leasing and Managing Agent for The Shops at Blue Bell

Harding, the firm's president and chief operating officer. The 103,000-square-foot shopping center has been acquired by ING Clarion.

Situated at 1760 DeKalb Pike (Route 202), The Shops at Blue Bell is anchored by a Giant supermarket, with a tenant mix that includes Sovereign Bank, GNC, Supercuts, Sbarro and IHOP. The five-mile population consists of over 160,000 residents with an average household income of $97,104. The site's daily traffic count is 33,000 vehicles.
