Levin Inks Lease With Muscle Maker Grill in North Brunswick, N.J
Healthy, Fast-Casual Eatery to Open at Brunswick Shopping Center this Summer.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) February 05, 2011 - Retail real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation has signed Muscle Maker Grill as the newest tenant at Brunswick Shopping Center in North Brunswick. The healthy, fast-casual concept will open a 2,795-square-foot restaurant there in summer 2011.
Levin Management Corporation serves as exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 306,847-square-foot retail property. It is anchored by both a supermarket and fitness-club, and is strategically located on US Route 1 near the intersection of Route 130. Jake Frantzman represented Levin in negotiating the lease for Brunswick Shopping Center; Danielle Brunelli of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented Muscle Maker Grill.
Muscle Maker Grill features freshly prepared, quality food. Its health-conscious menu featuring chicken, seafood, pasta, wraps, entrée salads, and smoothies in a variety of flavors. Muscle Maker Grill offers a wide selection of protein supplements and protein snacks, along with a nutritious children's menu. The rapidly growing chain has locations in New Jersey, New York, California and Florida.
The restaurant joins a diverse roster of tenants at Brunswick Shopping Center, including anchors A&P and LA Fitness. Other shops and services include Rainbow Apparel, McDonald's, Bagel Bazaar II, GNC, Sally Beauty, Radio Shack, Dollar Tree and Hair Cuttery, among others.

Brunswick Shopping Center's Route 1 location boasts a daily traffic count of more than 112,000 vehicles. Strong - and strengthening - regional demographics further enhance its appeal. Some 253,606 residents live within a five-mile radius of the property. Median Household Income within five miles grew 20.9 percent between 2000 and 2010. Average Household Income rose 32.9 percent between 2000 and 2010, and should add another 7.6% percent by 2015. 51.7% of households earn in excess of $75,000 annually (in 2000, 37.6% of households earned $75,000 or more).
