Ltd., an established IT services providing Company, is awarded International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 on 25th October 2017 after an extensive audit of the company’s internal operations. Achieving Quality Management System (QMS) certification, meeting rigorous criteria for this standard, LetsNurture demonstrates its ability to deliver effective quality and driven continuous improvements to its service.
LetsNurture is one of the few quality IT solution providers in the world who are currently ISO 9001:2015 certified. The road to certification takes time and sheer commitment. LetsNurture began preparations in April 2016, evaluating and aligning procedures with the new requirements. Since their procedures were already well established, they only needed to make minor changes to meet new standards. The certification aims to enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of system, including processes for improvement of system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
