Lennox Hill adds an Audit module to isoTracker, its hosted Quality Management System software. The launch expands the current isoTracker offering which includes Document Control and Complaints Management modules.

Lennox Hill continues to expand and upgrade the isoTracker quality management system. The Audits module is the third module that makes up isoTracker and follows a recently launched major upgrade of the Document Control module and a minor upgrade of the Complaints module.
The launch of the Audits module introduces the following important features to isoTracker:
- Creation and scheduling of Audits
- Building Audit checklists from scratch or by using prior checklists
- Selecting Pass/Fail or Graded checklist answers
- Performing a Vertical or a Horizontal Audit
- Auditing an individual or auditing a process
- Running the Audit from the Auditors account or the Auditees account
- Alternatively printing out the checklist and entering the results online at a later time
- Sending out Non-Conformances or Corrective Actions on failed Audits
- Maintaining a full record of past Audits
- And much more…
In keeping with the concept of a hosted application, the new Audit module will permit customers of the isoTracker quality management system to perform Audits from any location whether a regional office or a Supplier’s business.

Lennox Hill has also announced that it is working on a new Competency Testing module which it is developing with the help of one of its large customers. This new module will identify competencies, build tests around those competencies and attach those competencies to job roles from where assessments of job holders can be scheduled and performed. This module will also integrate into the Non-Conformance and CAPA request features of isoTracker.
It was also indicated that within a few weeks an upgraded Reports section will be added to isoTracker thereby substantially improving the level of management information available to customers of the isoTracker suite.
