The course will be held as part of PBI's "Breaking Down the Basics" series in Philadelphia at the CLE Conference Center. The two-hour seminar will begin at 11:30 a.m. and a simulcast of the course will be available at the PBI Professional Development Center in Pittsburgh and the PBI Conference Center in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
