Rubel, Esq. president and CEO of Furia Rubel Communications, will serve on a "Developing a Customer Base" panel at the "Starting a New Business" seminar presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The two-day conference beginning on Wednesday, Dec. 1 will take place in Philadelphia's Wanamaker Building.
Rubel, an attorney and legal marketing and social media expert, will present with Arthur Bousel and Thomas Molchan on day two of the program. Rubel, author of Everyday Public Relations for Lawyers, will explain how attorneys can use PR, marketing and social media to develop a customer base.
Day one will provide the foundations for getting a new business off the ground. Day two will look at key decisions a new business must examine and address. The faculty will also offer tips on how to create an effective message to customers, clients, employees, investors, colleagues and board members with an emphasis on how a business owner can leverage his or her unique talents and skills.
The seminar is intended for attorneys who represent start-up businesses, as well as for attorneys and non-lawyers who are interested in starting their own business. Participants may register for individual days or the full two-day seminar.
