Earl Stout I I joins Lee Enterprises Biodiesel Consulting Group.

Stout received his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his Master's Degree in Management from Central Michigan University. He is retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel with over 40 years of experience in the government and private sectors. Stout owns Stout Solutions Group, the first Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide biodiesel to the Federal Government's Department of Veterans Affairs. He has trained over 4000 U.S. and foreign military officers and civilians in logistics, data processing, financial and management functions, and has written business plans for biodiesel projects as far away as Libya and Mauritania (North Africa).

Stout notes that he has developed budgetary models for biodiesel plants that we used to raise $30 million in venture capital, and has served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Plant Comptroller for Mobil Chemical.
