Learning to Make Great Pictures at Corp Executive Hotel Apartments in Dubai
"Cameras don't take pictures, people do" is a well-known photo adage. Internationally, acclaimed photographer Gary Schmid recently conducted a photography workshop for beginners at Corp Executive Hotel Apartments, Al Barsha, Dubai.

The event presented a unique opportunity to learn photography from a professional photographer. The curriculum was geared for people of varying beginner skills and different models of DSLR cameras. The participants were taught the basic digital fundamentals and techniques as well as familiarized with all modes andfunctions of their own specific models.
Gary said, "You not only need a good camera to take pictures and to get the right exposures, but you need to know what your camera can and can't do - especially when it comes to setting what image format to shoot with. If you can master your camera you can create incredibly powerful images from the most ordinary subjects."

It proved to be a fruitful day for all attendees who seemed extremely thrilled with their newly acquired skills. "In just a day I can confidently say I became a better photographer.
