Upon completion of this 'Best Practices of Pipe Stress Analysis' course, attendees will be able to apply the piping system stress analysis requirements of ASME B31.3 to process plant piping systems and understand how to use piping analysis software to meet these requirements.

This 5-day Course included Fundamentals of Piping Stress Analysis and Best Practices for Flow Induced Vibration (FIV) and Acoustic Induced Vibration (AIV). This presentation is based on hands-on solution of example problems in order to illustrate Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR software. Previous experience in Pipe Stress Analysis, plus experience in using CAESAR, or attendance of the Basic Statics Analysis Course is required.
A discussion/question/answer format is also employed in order to maximize retention of course material and theoretical concepts. Persons attending the training should expect to leave the course with an advanced working knowledge of CAESAR II, and pipe flexibility analysis.
This course is designed for almost anyone involved with piping in the petroleum, chemical, power, gas transmission, and related industries. Mr. Amrit's specialties cover nearly every aspect of piping design and stress analysis at different stages of Engineering, Construction and Operation. He also develops extensive site experience, provides vibration solution, and handles engineering coordination and held Lead and authority roles for various EPC projects.
