Breon recently sold a house for her clients in Leander, Texas within five days of listing the property. Breon says she partly credits this to the fact that the home is in the Leander and Cedar Park area.
"Cedar Park and Leander are such good places for a family to live, work and play," she says. "We have Schlitterbahn water park coming into the area, creating more jobs and another entertainment option, and the new commuter rail is making it more convenient to get to and from Austin."
Breon also says buying a home in the greater Austin area makes sense to individuals' wallets.
"People can get more square footage for the dollar in the Cedar Park and Leander area," she says. "Also, when you consider that there is no state income tax in Texas, this area of the country becomes a very attractive place to live."
The owner of the home Breon recently sold says he was impressed that his house sold so quickly.
"It's downright miraculous that it only took five days to sell, especially at a time when the national economy is suffering," he says.
The homeowner says he and his wife knew it was important to choose an experienced professional when it came to selling their house in the current economy.
"We were a little concerned with the economy that we would have issues with selling our home," he says.
