Lean Enterprise Institute Announces 11 Lean Management Workshops for Seattle
The training sessions on lean methods and concepts use a variety of exercises, case studies, discussions, and experiential learning techniques.
- Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA (1888PressRelease) September 04, 2012 - The nonprofit Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) today announced that it will run 11 workshops in Seattle October 9-11, 2012, on the social and technical aspects of implementing lean management in industrial and service companies.
The series of workshops will feature sessions on coaching, kaizen, problem solving, lean leadership, and value-stream mapping for manufacturing and service environments, among others.
The workshops, which will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Seattle Airport Marriott, are:
