Valdivia joins the firm after recently earning her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and her Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management, magna cum laude, from Florida International University.

Additionally, she interned for a federal magistrate judge and for the Federal Public Defenders Office.
