LCF Securities Launches Its Premier Sharia Compliant Share Dealing Service For Africa Region In Collaboration With UMEX Securities Group UK
LCF Securities Ltd (Mauritius) in joint venture with UMEX Securities Group UK launches a new line of financial products and services.

The service provides a pre- screened service of Sharia compliant companies listed on global exchanges. It provides trading access in over 30 counties and with over 10,000 Sharia compliant equities, ETFs and over 500 mutual funds.
As well as offering Sharia compliant share dealing service LCF will also provide client accounts to ensure that investors are confident in the knowledge that their accounts are handled under strict Sharia guidelines.
Investors will be able to pre-register their interest for this service on a dedicated website www.lcfumex.mu. The service offers share dealing clients a comprehensive package to ensure that investors are able to place orders confident in the knowledge that their share dealing account and the stocks they are trading are Sharia compliant.
To date, the Islamic community in Africa, UK and Europe- who have considerable wealth and spending power- have not been catered to in terms of financial services that complies with their religious beliefs and regulations. This segment of society has been largely overlooked by the financial institutions in the African region, UK and Europe when it comes to offering Sharia compliant stock broking services.
The services are to be launched by LCF in collaboration with UMEX is as follows:
Educational Trading platform - The stock simulation is a risk-free environment using a trading system simulation using actual real-time transactions. It will allow new comers a head start in trading globally.
Retail online trader - The private client share dealing service will be complimented by an online share trading platform www.umextrader.com to approved private individual clients of LCF so they can trade Sharia compliant stocks listed on main markets around the world.
Institutional Trader - LCF is also pleased to host and launch an online professional market participant (B2B) trading platform UMEX Trader.
The platform is a fast, simple and transparent method for institutional clients and wealth management intermediaries to trade in over 10,000 Sharia compliant securities and investment products, complementing UMEX's global trading capability to provide continuous market making during global trading hours.
