Clifton & Singer, LLP, founded in 1978 by Benjamin F. Clifton, Jr. and Richard G. Singer, will join Ragsdale Liggett PLLC effective May 1, 2011. Clifton & Singer, LLP will bring fifteen lawyers, paralegals and support personnel to the new firm, and will continue to practice under the name Ragsdale Liggett PLLC.
