Crumbie Law Group, LLC and Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP are pleased to announce that the two firms have formed a strategic alliance that will enable each firm to expand its client base and provide clients with a team of diverse lawyers with sophisticated litigation and business law experience.
- Hartford, CT (1888PressRelease) October 29, 2011 - Crumbie Law Group, LLC, the largest state-certified Minority Business Enterprise law firm in New England with offices in Hartford and Boston ("CLG"), and Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP, a 130+ lawyer multi-service business law firm with offices in Hartford, Providence, Boston and Concord, New Hampshire ("HA&S") are pleased to announce that the two firms have formed a strategic alliance that will enable each firm to expand its client base and provide clients with a team of diverse lawyers with sophisticated litigation and business law experience.
CLG and HA&S will remain separate, independent firms, but will act as co-counsel on appropriate transactions and cases and pursue selected new business opportunities. In addition, CLG will open offices in Concord, New Hampshire and Providence, Rhode Island where HA&S also has offices.
CLG, which was established in 2007, is an 11-lawyer boutique minority-owned law firm based in Hartford, Connecticut focusing on litigation, corporate investigations, municipal services and commercial transactions.
HA&S, a 130+ lawyer New England-based business law firm that practices in all areas of corporate and business law, complex litigation, public finance, construction and public contracts, banking and financial institutions, employee benefits and executive compensation, labor and employment, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, real estate, healthcare, intellectual property and trusts and estates.
